Requirement:

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, good team player and initiative
• Good interpersonal, and service-minded and presentation skill.
• Possess valid driving license and be able to travel for customer meetings and site visits
• High technical level of experience at least 3 years of working experience on all HVAC systems ie chillers, VRF and chiller controls.
• Sales engineering or product development background will be a plus.
• Locations: JB, Sarawak, Sabah, and Penang.

• Design and set up VRF and chiller systems to meet specific project requirements and performance criteria.
• Supervise the installation and start-up of VRF and chiller systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on VRF and chiller systems, quickly identifying and addressing issues to reduce downtime.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Offer expert technical assistance to clients and internal teams, resolving inquiries related to system operations and maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and staff on VRF and chiller technologies, installation methods, and troubleshooting strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including installation manuals, maintenance records, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to create effective HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure all systems adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Keep informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to VRF and chiller systems.
