Location(s)Kawasan Perindustrian Perai, PenangCompanyMolexCareer FieldOperations & ManufacturingJob Number160217Your Job- Responsible and accountable for major setup, repair, run a group of machines and to meet production output and qualityOur Team- Auto Assembly, ProductionWhat You Will Do- Attend shift meeting / pass over (outgoing shift to incoming shift) at the beginning of shift- Ensure team members run machines according to Production SOP, procedures and follow company rules regulation, discipline and attendance- Ensure all member\'s perform self-checking, sensor verification, PM1, recording and other documentation as per required. Perform peel force inspection beginning of shift for mass production.- Minimum run 2 machines or more machines at one single time.- Perform repair and close SRS once CPM completed. If setup or repair more than 4 hours (2hours if repair), inform technician/engineer/leader/supervisor for advice.- Ensure team members are working towards meeting the shift output and quality targets.- Perform and Ensure 6s machines in good condition (Wiring, Safety cover, safety fixture, temporary fixed method etc.)- Perform any jobs at any locations when requested by superior.- Carry out Major "Set-up" or "Repair" during production- To improve similar capability to all other series.- Ensure the tooling arrangement in good condition when setup and repair.- Support company\'s initiatives on Social Responsibility, IATF16949, ISO9001/14001, TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Minimum Diploma or equivalent- Experience will be preferredWhat Will Put You Ahead- Basic manufacturing operation working training- Technical skills certification- Experience in manufacturing sector (Connector)At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
