Job Description
Company Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Orchestration Specialist to join our client\'s team.Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement service orchestration systems for our client\'s telecommunications network
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for service orchestration systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to service orchestration systems
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth integration of systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in service orchestration technologies
- Provide training and support to other team members on service orchestration systems
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
- Min 3 years experience in a client-facing role, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards
- Must have hands on experience with telecom OSS/BSS systems
- Technical knowledge such as Rest API, Database (MariaDB, MySQL) and dashboard development will be an added advantage
- Experience with cloud-based telecommunications solutions
- Must be willing to travel to client\'s site whenever required
- 1 year contract
- Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
- Working location : Shah Alam
