What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
We are currently seeking a Technical Stager to join our Security & Resiliency team, based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Engineering and Operations and knowledge in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is equipped to design technical solutions, manage hardware and software deployments, perform routine security patching and upgrades, manage a software license inventory, and keep accurate documentation. Additionally, the ideal candidate is a strong team player with exceptional organizational skills, works efficiently under minimal supervision, is able to quickly deliver results under pressure, and can operate in a challenging global environment.
You will:
Review technical requirements and work with development teams to obtain all materials required to properly stage/configure test environments
Stage and verify security test environments for readiness
Work with technology groups to evaluate and select team hardware/software solutions that comply with established enterprise security standards and policies
Support the Security Assurance team by designing and deploying computing solutions for the team
Monitor computing resources and perform regular maintenance activities
Troubleshoot application and network issues within testing environments
Acquire approvals for the use of new technology via internal processes
Engage in network and/or application architecture discussions with security analysts, vulnerability researchers, and developers
Perform technical onboarding activities for new external security testing partners
Escalate issues to vendors, cybersecurity, and engineering teams through standard processes
Provide timely task/project status reporting to stakeholders
Participate in or work directly on additional projects, assignments, or initiatives as required

Essential Requirements
5+ years of Information Systems Support experience
3+ years of experience in hardware/software configuration and maintenance, OS deployment, and security networking
In-depth knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Experienced in managing enterprise virtual environments (VMware)
Advanced knowledge of container and microservice technology (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
Experience with performance monitoring solutions, change control, and process governance
User-level experience with JIRA & Confluence
ITIL certification is preferred
Desired Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent professional experience
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Red Hat: RHCSA, RHCE
LPIC-1, LPIC-2
VMware Certified Professional \xe2\x80\x93 Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Docker Certified Associate (DCA)
Experienced scripting using Python, PowerShell, Bash (or a comparable scripting language)
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Customer-oriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction
