Job Description
We are hiring for a Technical Strategist - CTS based in Selangor, Malaysia (hybrid working). The role will come with a competitive salary and benefits package including bonus and private medical plus more.
***Travel to offices and client sites overseas may be required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify the area of fault - program hosting environment or application configuration.
- Leverage on various resources to diagnose complex issues and identify possible solutions.
- Suggest solutions for application defects
- Prepare root cause analysis report.
- Develop bespoke application to fit the demands and requirements of our clients.
- Part of ITIL Incident and Problem Management.
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Required skills(s): C#, VB.NET, Angular JS, Angular TS, ASP.NET, MS SQL and MS Visual Studio.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Azure, HTML5 is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with an efficient approach to problem solving.
- Independent, self-motivated and strong teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate with both business and technical resources
