A. Responsibilities and Authorities 1 To assist Manager in organizing daily activities and to attend related meeting instructed by superior. 2 To ensure smooth running process in production. 3 To conduct a regular meeting and follow with subordinates. 4 To be responsible on daily production operational issues, i.e. working schedule, attendance, discipline, raw material stocks and documentation and report 5 To lead in preparing SOP and WI as a process guidance to operators. 6 To lead in controlling and achieving the production daily, weekly and monthly target. 7 To lead in controlling and reducing process rejection from time to time. 8 Daily control and planning on manpower, machine, material and method. 9 To ensure the proper housekeeping at production area is maintained. 10 Perform other job deem necessary by management. B. Requirements & Qualification: 1 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree, any field 2 Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office 3 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 4 Proactive and result oriented 5 Positive attitude and problem solving 6 Able to managing people and strong in leadership skill 7 Good oral, written, and verbal communication in English and Mandarin C. Subordinate Supervised 1 All Production Section Team (Coagulation / PVA Dissolving / Spinning & Heat / Finished Good ) D. Job Competency 1 Reporting and supervisory skill 2 Understand the function of machine 3 Understand raw material specification 4 Understand how their work affect environment 5 Responsibility towards EMS compliance 6 Understand implication of not conforming to EMS requirement
