Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to manage and support core banking and enterprise systems within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance, addressing incidents, and ensuring system availability in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the bank's portfolio of applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.

? Hands-on work on technical issue troubleshooting and ensure application functionality.

? Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and enhancements.

? Monitor system performance, track incidents, and proactively address potential issues.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for banking application.

? Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.

? Support project team on DEV, SIT and UAT environment deployment and troubleshooting.

? Familiar with ITIL based Bank IT process, especially on incident, problem and change management.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

3 years of Technical/Application Support

experience on multi technology platforms.

? Good knowledge on

Linux OS, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle

.

? Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues.

? Excellent understanding of the CI/CD practice.

? Familiar with application release methodology.

? Experience in software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies.

? Experience working in a financial services institution with understanding of MAS technology risk requirements.

? Highly self-motivated to excel in assigned tasks and to deliver results for a digital bank.

? Good communication and coordination skills.

? Hands-on development experience is a plus. ? Excited to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
