Job Responsibilities:

Major Duties:

Lead and oversee technical support activities including product improvement initiatives and incident handling Supervise a team of Technical Support Engineer to ensure timely resolve issues and continuous improvement Handle cross-functional communication and reporting to senior management on technical performance and project outcome Manage and prioritize technical projects including incident root cause analysis and implementation of effectiveness of corrective action
Minor Duties:

Ensure documentation of technical procedures, analysis reports and strategic recommendations for product development and improvement Train and mentor team members to build technical expertise and improve problem-solving capabilities Review metrics and reports and provide insights and recommendations for product development and improvement Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as assigned by management

Job Specifications

Minimum

Bachelor

in

Engineering

, or any related field.

5+ years of working experience,

preferably with at least

1-2 years

in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong

analytical

and

problem-solving skills

. Excellent

documentation skills

are essential.

Computer literate

. Able to

communicate

in

Mandarin

to handle

China suppliers

and

customers

. Willingness to work at

Pulau Indah

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
