Job Description

* on-site service or warranty claim for corporate customers * Attend for site visit & site survey, site supervision/ frequent travel between sites * Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. * Responsible in preparing documents of new application & renewal of company\xe2\x80\x99s business licenses manually/online, E Dagang, Lazada online store, if necessary, need handle documents to relevant department *Assist & planning company\xe2\x80\x99s technician daily schedules. * Ensure sup contractor work done and invoice is issued * Responsible in checking newly created product code, purchase order/ internal purchase requisition - stock fulfillment, checking on invoice and delivery order records accordingly, checking on accuracy of Monthly Report - Sales / purchase / debtor / creditor / stock report, reconciliation, check on claims and staff sales / service target. * Doing for tender documentations & preparation/Tender Document, Checklist/Check through the supporting documents, and ensure that it is complete and in proper order. * Maintain master corporate calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays, and vacations
