Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner, log cases, provide accurate information, and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer problems.
Keep customers informed by setting clear expectations and following through on commitments.
Maintain precise case documentation and take full ownership of assigned cases.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support level in a timely manner.
Perform testing and deployment of new system releases on the client side.
Suggest product improvements that help minimise support costs.
SMS Responsibilities
Monitor the SMS server to ensure smooth and uninterrupted programme operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SMS-related issues reported by clients.
Perform regular maintenance of software applications and operating systems.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Attend and actively contribute to team meetings in a positive and constructive manner.
Share relevant information with team members to ensure alignment.
Work comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members to introduce new ideas, practices, and tools to improve team effectiveness.
Perform other assigned duties, including covering for colleagues during absences or leave.
Job Requirements
Diploma, College, or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Strong desire and willingness to learn.
Exposure to PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.
Knowledge of client/server application development, databases, and MS Office products.
Strong technical and logical thinking skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.
