Job Description

a Field Service Engineer, supporting our packaging material on Tetra Pak filling machines across the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting support for Tetra Pak filling lines. Ensure smooth performance of packaging material on machines and resolve any issues related to efficiency, quality, or compatibility. Conduct machine parameter adjustments, tests, and performance follow-up. Support customers with preventive maintenance, training, and improvement initiatives. Work closely with the packaging material and technical teams to secure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines is mandatory. Experience with downstream equipment is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work on customer sites.

Languages:

Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Business Travel:

Willing to travel to countries within ASEAN region; holding a valid passport and applicable visas is prferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
