Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

technical support and troubleshooting

for clients and internal teams related to flexitank usage, installation, and performance. Assist in

installation supervision, training

, and on-site guidance at customer premises or during loading/unloading processes. Conduct

quality checks and inspections

of flexitanks to ensure compliance with product and safety standards. Work closely with the

R&D, production, and quality teams

to resolve technical issues and improve product design or application. Prepare and maintain

technical documentation, manuals, SOPs, and reports

. Participate in

customer feedback sessions

, record technical complaints, and coordinate follow-up actions. Support the

sales and business development teams

by providing technical presentations or demos when needed. Ensure compliance with

industry regulations, safety standards, and logistics protocols

. Assist in root cause analysis and recommend improvements to minimize product failure and optimize performance. Perform

data analysis and reporting

on support trends and customer issues.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)

or related technical field. Minimum 1-2 years experience in technical support, logistics, or related manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome). Good understanding of

logistics processes

, particularly in

bulk liquid transport

and containerized solutions is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to travel for

on-site support or outstation assignments

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Able to commute to Pulau Indah.
