Interacting with customers or internal teams through various channels like phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide technical assistance
Offering technical consultation and assistance both before and after sales, assisting with implementation, setup, and maintenance of products or services.
Ensure all issues are properly logged, and accurate technical solutions are provided in the most effective/efficient manner within agreed timelines.
Perform remote/on-site demonstration and provide product training for end customers, and partners.
Undertake any other odd jobs, ad hoc assignments and duties which the management may assign from time to time.
Travel for site visits if required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Must possess own transportation.
Basic AutoCAD knowledge
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
