Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:



On site discussion and support customer on any technical related issue. Collect information from any channel and do analysis before internal sharing. Research on current and future market trend and share to internal team such as marketing, R&D, sales team and etc. Compile feedback and collaborate with internal team on quality and design-related issues. Provide technical report to customer's queries. Customer's issue justification with technical analysis and technical report writing. Cross department collaboration to compile info and technical data before attend to customer's queries or visit.

Qualification:



Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, E&E, Mechatronics Engineering related field. At least 2-3 years of proven working experiences in PCB related field eg: Process Engineer/ Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction. Added advantage: Familiar with PCB's material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc). Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
