Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software)

\xc2\xb7 Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options

\xc2\xb7 Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate unique or complex installations or configurations and make recommendations for resolution.

\xc2\xb7 Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.

\xc2\xb7 Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients SLA demands are met.

Education and Experience Required

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

\xc2\xb7 0 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in relevant technologies and customer environments; Open to fresh graduates

Knowledge and Skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH

\xc2\xb7 Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of case management databases and tools.

\xc2\xb7 Superior customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience and knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work in shifting schedule
