Role: Technical Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaExp: 3 Years of experience into Intune or SCCM.Salary: As per last drawn salary.

Language: Mandarin + English
Required Skills:Helpdesk Support, IT Support, L1 Support, Active Directory, Troubleshooting hardware and software, Technical Skills, SCCM, Windows Server, SQL.
What you will do?Provide technical leadership and consultancy to enterprise customers.? Deliver proactive services to optimize systems, prevent issues, and drive digitaltransformation.? Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical problems.? Build strong customer relationships and represent client with excellence.? Deliver trainings, presentations, and documentation to enhance customer capabilities.
