Deliver, install, and configure vending machines at customer locations
Set up payment systems, software, and basic connectivity
Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or IT-related issues
Ensure timely resolution of service calls to minimize downtime
Provide on-site support and communicate effectively with customers
Maintain professionalism when handling complaints or escalations
Complete service job sheets, maintenance records, and incident reports
Track parts usage, repairs, and replacement schedules.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
IT Support
Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services;
Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices;
Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in clients' computer systems;
Provide pre-sales support in the area of server, storage, networking, video conferencing, cloud solutions, etc;
Understanding customer's requirements and provide proposals accordingly;
Perform hands-on configuration of networking equipment such as Wireless Access Points, Switches, Firewall, etc;
Achieve division target;
Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required;
Obtain technical certifications that are assigned by Head of Department or Management;
Arrange, follow up warranty procedures and process for customer on case assigned.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required skill(s): Hardware & PC troubleshooting, System Administration and Networking.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
Possess Valid car driving license (mandatory)
Willing to work outside normal office hours (weekends, public holidays) when required
Applicants must be willing to based at Bayan Lepas, Penang and travel to customer sites nationwide.
