Perform repair, test task, installation and servicing for company sold products. (Point of Sales and AIDC products)
Work closely with peers and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues reported.
Provide necessary solution or advice to customers on technical issue and problem raised.
Respond quickly to all requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair within SLA.
To report, update and keep proper records of all service and repair in accordance to the company standard documentation system.
Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and good discipline.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:
Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic Networking and IT knowledge will be an added advantage
1 - 2 years related working experience

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
