Meeting the expected criteria, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets, and to stay updated on the latest product features and improvements. May be tasked withacting TL roles to: Assistand supervise production staff in compliance with company standards of conduct and local HR compliance regulations including Payroll and Hours Management, Coaching & Development, Process and Policy Adherence Ensuringproficient training, professional development, and employee engagement is sustained in order to prepare, grow and retain employees. Managingoperational performance to meet Key Performance Indicators\' (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements by providing optimum quality & service. Interpreting and analyzingvarious reports and statistical data to measure production levels and identify root causes for underperforming areas. Skills: Excellent language skills, especially written, in the requested languages (fluent speakers in the requested language + English proficiency) Open availability to work a 45-hour work week that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. 1- 2years + of customer-facing experience handling Japanese customers/clients(online support preferred, retail, hospitality, etc). Requirements: High school diploma/SPM or higher required. 1-2 yearsof experience. Experience with Zendesk & basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is preferred.
