Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support

• 
  Mainly to commissioning for Environment & Process Div. products such as Hach, OTT, Colilert, Lab equipment and others. Other division will be upon request basis.
• 
  Implementing customer support- Inquiry by email, phone, WhatsApp etc.
• 
  Refresher training for KKM, JBA, Fishery, DOE, & private water producer.
• 
  To provide related technical information to clients.
• 
  To follow up on the matter related to technical issue.
• 
  Draft and design technical document, report and presentation slides.
• 
  Carry out factory and site acceptance test.
• 
  To liaise with principal upon seeking further solution and recommendation.
• 
  To perform any other task and duties as and when instructed by senior staff.
• 
  To ensure good rapport with staff, suppliers, vendors and contractors.
• 
  Perform instrument functionality analysis and trial run.
• 
  Providing in-house training for associates.
• 
  Support other division/dept: - Service & After Market Sales (AMS)
• 
  Involve in servicing job- Calibration Go system.
• 
  Promote sales and services opportunity.
• 
  Strive to increase customer satisfaction.

Training

• 
  Maintaining the facilities, Lab, Training room, Reagents & Equipment
• 
  Design of training, program curriculum and conduct training need analysis.
• 
  Carry out on going Syllabus Development.
• 
  Plan, direct, course arrangement or coordinate the training and development activities.
• 
  Research and development for the setting up and design of training programs and curriculum.
• 
  Facilitating, implementing and coordinating training and program for internal staff and external clients, in-house and out station, local and overseas.
• 
  Promote course offered by ATTC.
• 
  Working towards individual revenue.

Requirements:

• 
  Must be Good in Instructing, Speaking, Writing, Training & Teaching Others in English.
• 
  Willing to travel within Local & Oversea
• 
  Possess educational Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Environmental Engineering/Science
• 
  At least 2 years of work-related experience
