Job description:
Provide pre-sales technical support and product consultation to customers.
Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
Respond to technical inquiries and assist with product-related questions.
Coordinate with the product and engineering teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Support in the preparation of quotations and tender documents with technical input.
Follow up on project progress and ensure customer needs are met.
Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Conduct training sessions and product knowledge sharing for internal staff and clients.
Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent.
Fresh graduates who are interested to explore this opportunity are welcomed to apply.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or technical sales.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Possess own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
