\xef\xbb\xbfPosition:Location: Shah AlamTenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis)Working Hours/Days: Fixed Night Shift (9 pm - 6 am), 5 days a weekSalary: RM 3500 - RM 4500 (Negotiable) + RM 900 Fixed Allowance (Shift + Training)Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise GIS servers, SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Maintain case documentation in CRM.
- Author and edit knowledge articles.
- Identify and log software defects.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, positive environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, etc.).
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle, SSL, Web Certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, and LDAP.
- Experience in server or network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS is a plus.
