Client Background: IT Industry

Location: Shah Alam

Tenure: Permanent role

Salary : RM5,500

Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day support activities of the team.

Troubleshoot and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.

Understand internal database to provide accurate tech solutions to meet SOP & IT Policies

Installation and configuration for IT related hardware and software (inclusive mobile devices based on IOS and Android operating system).

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams such as software developers, Server, Network team and etc.

Proper communication with user until their IT systems are fully functional. All issues must be properly logged or update to the ticket system.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Follow-up with vendors on hardware repair, maintenance, loan units etc

Support for in-house applications or non-standard software if necessary.

Arrange meeting and prepare weekly monthly progress status report.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Participate in projects such Windows OS migration.

Willing to work in Shah Alam and Mid Valley area.

Own transport is a must.
