Job Overview: The Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and management of a team of associates. Your primary role is to coach, support mentor, and develop the Agents to provide better customer experience easily and confidently and to meet or exceed the client\'s target. Supervisor will also report directly to VP & Operations. Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating agents performance against pre-determined KPIs.
Resolving customer escalations.
Liasing between Contact Centre Management, Client, and Agents.
Participating in Agent Selection and Interviews.
Providing on-the-job or up-training as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or above.
Computer Science/IT and Cloud Experience is a must.
Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications or large-scale applications deployments.
Familiarity with emerging cloud/cloud container technologies.
Kubernetes certification is highly preferred.
At least 1 year of Supervisory experience in a Technical Environment (Helpdesk, L1, L2).
Ability to demonstrate success at troubleshooting.
