Position : Application Support Team Leader Salary : RM 3,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 6,500 Location : Kepong Working Days / Time : 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm / Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Lead the team by providing guidance and advise to the team members. \xc2\xb7 Delegating tasks to team members accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Managing project\xe2\x80\x99s progress and reporting progress to stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Conduct software installation, training, monitoring on customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues and solutions. \xc2\xb7 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. \xc2\xb7 Prepare operation manual and customization specs sheet upon customer request. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support or demo to customer and attending to customer request after office hour including weekend and public holidays. \xc2\xb7 Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Test for new version release. \xc2\xb7 Provide timely report to section manager or department head. \xc2\xb7 Effectively manage coordination at international levels, as and when requires by department head or Management, eg onsite support at overseas. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate with at least diploma in IT related field. \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field. \xc2\xb7 Good command in written and spoken English, additional languages are always a plus. \xc2\xb7 Good in SQL command and networking. \xc2\xb7 Able to multitask, fast learner and setting priorities of work within deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Product training will be provided. \xc2\xb7 Friendly and positive attitude.
