Technical Support Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities 24 x 7 onsite support service PC; Printer; Barcode Printer; Switch; SQL Server with configure server setting; Server; Network; Active Directory; VMware; Preventive Maintenance & etc. Troubleshoot any equipment breakdown promptly. Ensure all preventive maintenance work properly carried out in accordance to schedule. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Knowledge of PC, Printer, Barcode Printer, Switch, SQL Server with configure server setting, Server, Network, Active Directory, VMware, Preventive Maintenance. With hardware repairing skill will be added advantage. Good verbal communication & writing skills in English & Malay. Independent & self-motivated. Possess own transport.
