C.1) Main roles and responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Performed as IT helpdesk function on rotation basis and attend day-to day cases in IT System which reported to IT helpdesk and supervisor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performed and provide first level support to all reported cases including response to user by advice on appropriate IT procedure or action, perform diagnostic and escalation to level two support for relevant IT experts\xe2\x80\x99 resolution. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend on daily hardware faulty management, include response to user, records, liaise with hardware manufacturer for warranty claim and update status to user. \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend daily software and operating system (OS) faulty management include response to user, records, perform reinstallation of software or OS and update status to user; \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to manage IT Asset (Laptop, desktop, workstation) and Non IT Asset (smart phone, tablet) include preparation for IT asset allocation/relocation, asset delivery to user, record asset inventory, asset disposal compilation, yearly asset audit program and to comply all related/required processes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and comply related/required processes for IT loan asset management include IT Asset (Laptop, desktop, workstation, projector) and Non IT Asset (smart phone, tablet). \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide technical support during Meeting/Event \xe2\x80\xa2 To execute yearly planned and ad-hoc project by Office Automation accordingly include (preventive maintenance for IT asset, IT asset(hardware/software) audit, IT asset replacement program, IT Asset disposal program, Microsoft 365 upgrade and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as needed or required
Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cAir Selangor\xe2\x80\x9d) was set-up as the special purpose vehicle of the Selangor State Government, to be the single holistic licensee for the provision of water services in Selangor and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, following the water services industry restructuring. The water services industry in Selangor, Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya had been highly fragmented and inefficient for over two decades since the water services were privatised in 1994. It is the aspiration of the State Government of Selangor to improve efficiency and restructure the water industry by moving towards a holistic operating model for the water supply services industry. Hence, Air Selangor took over six (6) different water operators namely Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cSYABAS\xe2\x80\x9d), PNSB Water Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cPNSB Water\xe2\x80\x9d) (formerly known as Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd), Konsortium ABASS Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cABASS\xe2\x80\x9d), Konsortium Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cKASB\xe2\x80\x9d), Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (\xe2\x80\x9cSPLASH\xe2\x80\x9d), as well as Air Selangor for the Sungai Sireh and Semenyih 2 water treatment plants. With effect from 13 September 2019, Air Selangor has become the sole provider of holistic water supply services in Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya operating under a license awarded by Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara ("SPAN").
