Responsibilities Develop automation test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests. Develop, update, and maintain automation framework. Trigger and execute automated scripts/suite. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Validate product fixes. Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process. Maintain automation scripts whenever enhancements introduced. Job Specification . Qualifications . Diploma with Computer/IT related major Relevant Work Experience . Manual Testing, Test Automation, Test Management Required Competencies and Skills . Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job) Technical/Functional skills . Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements . Strong attention to details - able to document and follow detailed instructions within test scripts as well as defects tracking documents (i.e., steps to recreate the problem) . Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle . Basic foundation knowledge in Banking . Able to handle assignment independently with minimum supervision . Technical knowledge in Siebel CRM application . Strong technical knowledge in test automation tools Personal skills . Good email Etiqutte and communication skills
