- Provide technical support and expertise to customers on the use of our diagnostic kits, including troubleshooting, answering questions, and offering guidance on best practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and sales representatives.
- Develop technical marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary diagnostics and translate complex technical information into clear and concise language for a variety of audiences.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and stay informed about emerging trends.
- Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Stay abreast of veterinary regulations and updates related to diagnostic testing.
