About The Role In line with the operating plan, policies and procedures for the production of documentation and under guidance of management, to perform and/or manage the writing, the updating and the creation of complex documentation that enables users to make optimum use of Swift products and services. What To Expect Define and analyse the target audiences for complex documentation projects to understand their business environment and identify their information requirements and any knowledge gaps. Define and obtain approval on the documentation set, the delivery media and the project plan, for more complex documentation projects. Write, revise and control texts in time for the project\'s completion to satisfy users\' information requirements relating to products/services and ensure consistency, relevance, accuracy and readability across all Swift products. Ensure the documentation is reviewed for accuracy by the appropriate parties and is signed off by accountable parties before publishing Conduct peer reviews (with the IT project team, product management and customer-facing colleagues) and incorporate feedback from pilot users and usability tests. Review and edit documentation ensuring consistency, relevance, accuracy and readability and ease of use across all Swift products Coordinate and supervise a documentation project team and ensure the documentation project remains synchronised with the development project Assist less experienced writers and share knowledge/experience What will make you successful Preferably university degree in IT or equivalent At least 5years of experience as technical writer or editor in software development, preferably in telecommunications and/or financial services What we offer We put you in control of your career We give you a competitive package We help you perform at your best We help you make a difference We give you the freedom to be yourself We give you the freedom to be yourself.
