In this role, you will assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation and training materials that support our products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in technical writing and training within the fintech space.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.
• Support the development of training materials, including tutorials, presentations, and e-learning modules, to educate internal and external audience.
• Work closely with senior technical writers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to help refine and improve existing documentation and training resources.
• Organize and manage content in our documentation management system, ensuring consistency and easy accessibility.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve documentation and training processes.
• Shadow senior team members to gain insights into the technical writing and training functions within a payment gateway environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts, particularly in the fintech or payment processing space, is a plus.
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence) and training software (e.g., Articulate, Canva, and Adobe Captivate) is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
