Job Responsibility
EOL assembly operation equipment sustaining; primarily at Dejunk and Trim / Form operation.
Tasks including the following (but not limited to)
- Perform schedule machine PM and die-set PM and parts replacement
- To attend to any daily machine downtime and trouble shoot
- Maintain tooling parts inventory and perform stock count
- To liaise with other process PMT, tooling vendor and other part vendor.
- To execute any project as assigned by engineer
- To prepare shift pass down report as required by engineer
