Technician 1
Performs first level analysis and trouble shoots NPI board & radio trouble failure. Provides the finding and collaborates with NPI team on the corrective actions
- Collaborates with NPI engineer on the technical issues analysis & problem solving and execute the actions respectively.
- Coordinates NPI build, Engineering runs and Pilot build till completion. Provides a daily update during every end of the working shift.
- Provides high level product evaluation and analysis technical reports data to the NPI Proto Operations Manager/Program Manager for a proper compilation and records.
- Provides a training to the line operator for a new process and a new product build. Monitor the build progress and update the build status till completion.
- Collaborates with NPI Engineering team in implementing quality improvement plans, cycle time time and cost reduction plans.
- Participates in the any NPI Engineering pro-active activity and involves in the improvement project.
- Monitor & follow up continuously in-process NPI activity, addressing issues as needed to prevent products hold.
1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
2. Willing to wok in shift rotation
3. Preferably own transport
4. Basic computer literacy
