About the job


Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur / within the Engineering Department in Kuala Lumpur, the Technician 3 is responsible to keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. The Technician 3 reports to the Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering.

As Technician 3, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Execute all jobs assigned to you in an efficient and accurate manner Obtains maximum control to the function of physical assets of the Hotel Maintains a close liaison inter-departmentally and with other departments in the Hotel Attends the briefing conducted by the supervisor on time relating to your assign operation Always abides by the policies and procedures of the hotel

As Technician 3, we expect from you:

Minimum SPM or vocational qualification would be an advantage Team player, cooperative Able to analyze any malfunction of all mechanical equipment used in the Hotel Ability to write routine reports, keep logs and correspondence
