Job Profile Summary

Drives on-site support for Solar PV projects by overseeing installation activities, conducting site surveys, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards, coordinating contractors for smooth operations, and addressing site issues across installation, commissioning, and post-installation maintenance stages.

Supervise on-site Solar PV installation works, including system integration and testing & commissioning for Residential and C&I projects.

Conduct on-site inspections, quality checks, and verification of workmanship to ensure compliance with MS standards, ST regulations, and project specifications.

Perform on-site troubleshooting for Residential and C&I Solar PV systems, diagnosing issues related to wiring, components, and system performance.

Communicate closely with internal and external technical teams to address design updates, discrepancies, and technical challenges.

Communicate effectively with customers and installers on-site to clarify scope, provide updates, manage expectations, and address any issues professionally.

Prepare daily site progress reports, photo documentation, and highlight risks or potential delays for early mitigation.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold Maxis' standards by ensuring proper safety practices, quality workmanship, and consistent site housekeeping.

Support continuous improvement by providing technical feedback on operational processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or any technical related field.

Good communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Strong sense of accountability and ownership over technical matters and site activities.

Preferably with basic electrical knowledge and on-site experience.

Comfortable working in an on-site environment and willing to travel to project locations

Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
