Job Description


Qualification:-

  • Certification or equivalent qualification required.
  • A minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in a similar role.
  • Solid experience with HVAC and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
Responsibility:-Assisting and pair with AO Chargeman daily operations of building and employee services, specifically focus in correcting building and facilities defects. This includes but not limit
to:
  • In-charge of general building, office equipment and joineries works (i.e. minor touch up painting, repair and oiling)
  • Conduct regular facilities inspection for the facilities and prepare recommendation report
  • Inspection to verify and fixing defects to ensure building quality and support quality audit program
  • Contribute solutions/ improvement plan on building maintenance which meet client\xe2\x80\x99s expectations and cost saving targets.
