1. Maintaining all civil, buildings and plumbing installation 2. Operating civil / building services plant and installation 3. Coordinating between civil / building services and other works / services in Facility Engineering Maintenance 4. Coordinating and supervising repair works and work of contractors 5. Scheduling preventive maintenance works 6. Initiating engagement of civil / building contractors 7. Facilitating in the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures 8. Resolving technical problem promptly 9. Maintain and update asset register of all buildings spaces and services 10. Maintain and update all architectural and civil drawings and specifications for the building site 11. Ensuring that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with. 12. Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
