POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Execute timely the operation works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified operation standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. Work within expense limits established. Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program". Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance. Monitor and maintain all equipment as assigned. Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. Maintain a professional courteous manner with other employees, passengers, vendors and contractors Assure safety standards are used which comply with all the requirements guidelines. Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook. Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.

Diploma: Open to Fresh Diploma graduates in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering. SPM or SPMV or STPM with SKM Level 2: Minimum 3 Years of working experience in engineering/technical field. SPM or SPMV: Minimum 5 Years of working experience in engineering/technical field.

Education

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering (or Mechatronics/System Engineering). Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional or Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia with SKM Level 2. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional.
