Technician Facility Management Services
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for building maintenance of all company's premises.
Undertake minor building repair works, i.e. plumbing, electrical filling etc
To monitor and update rental operation system.
Liaise with suppliers / contractors for and rectification and repair work.
To provide good customer service and meet customers' expectation with regards to complaints.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, generators, and other facility equipment.
Perform corrective maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
Record and report all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment and systems.
Identify potential issues or risks and report them to the supervisor for action.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to complete technical tasks and repairs.
Provide support during emergency situations or after-hours when required.
Any other duties/ad-hoc tasks.
