Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for line condition confirmation and breakdown monitoring.

2. Jig preparation for line follow requisition.

3. Ensures change model time all alignment station for troubleshooting to minimize down time.

4. Ensures meet the company change model lead time target.

5. Assist and liaise with Engineering to upgrade or improve the jig.

6. Responsible to complete request form (communication product) upon completion of change model.

7. Ensures power confirmation and correlation is carried out to meet specification accordingly.

8. Responsible for repairing the NG set on time to meet shipment requirements.

9. Analyze technical problems and do countermeasures.

10. Support line set up, station troubleshooting as and when required.

11. Provides feedback and suggestions for production improvement in line for Final Assembly (FA) process problem.

12. Ensures ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control in Production line and in technician work bench are in compliance.

13. Ensures record of daily repairing, power correlation data and ESD is being updated accordingly.

14. Performs weekly and monthly service and maintenance on jigs used by Production and maintain/update the records.

15. Ensures ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards are in practice and implement accordingly.

16. Daily power supply check/confirmation in line and record accordingly.

17. To perform additional responsibilities and when instructed by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience is required.

3. Experienced in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

4. Computer literate with good oral and written skill both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Technical skills such as repairing, machine troubleshooting, tools and jigs troubleshooting is preferable.

6. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
