Job Description

Compliance to company policies, procedure and guideline

  • Adhere to company Organization Norms, Compliance Radar, perform Compliance Radar and Compliance Book.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines set for Quality Management and Environmental Management System.
  • Practice Schindler Safety Fundamental and promote Safety Behavior.
  • To practice integrity, honesty and trust
  • To ensure clear instruction are followed and work according to the management systems and fulfilling ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standard requirements
  • To work safely according to the company safety policies
Customer orientation
  • To response to customer\'s complain on lift related issue and provide rectification accordingly
  • Liaise with customer on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
  • To response and feedback on customer complain.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • To ensure proper communication with customer
  • To ensure continuous support and service to customer
Ensure product safety
  • To perform and complete CPSI as per scheduled.
  • Work together with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA and etc
  • Support and assist inspector to carry out task and inspection according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations
  • To attend tools box meeting.
  • To ensure compliance to Schindler\'s safety procedure
  • To ensure compliance to Schindler\'s safety issues
  • To ensure compliance to local government statuary requirement
  • To ensure compliance to Schindler\'s safety procedure
Teamwork development
  • To support in building teamwork through involvement and communication
  • To assist callback technician on callback issue
  • To ensure continuous improvement in knowledge and experience in work related area
  • To ensure breakdown are in control
Business orientation
  • To perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
  • Perform night standby duty.
  • To follow customer procedure when enter their building.
  • To assist sub contractor for repair job.
  • To assist in NI EI handover inspection.
  • To fulfill the maintenance contract.
  • To fulfill the maintenance contract.
  • To ensure higher customers satisfaction.
  • To fulfill the maintenance contract.
  • To enhance maintenance quality.
Occupational Health and Safety

Drive and promote safe behaviour in accordance with the Schindler OH&S Management System
  • Attend all safety & environmental training as required by the company and other relevant authorities
  • Report any unsafe conditions or violation of safety and environmental regulation immediately
  • Follow Safe Work Procedures / Instructions
  • Wear appropriate protective equipment for carrying out work
  • Keep all working tools in safe and good working conditions
  • Report all injuries, accidents and /or dangerous occurrences
Mobility needs you

Education and Experience - required by a newcomer to this position

Mandatory: (Note: a candidate may not be recruited to this position unless mandatory requirements are met)
  • Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic.
  • Possess own transport
  • Willing to work independently and responsible
  • Willing to perform night standby work
Preferred:
  • 2 years working experience in the related field
Professional Skills & Experience - required by a newcomer to this position
