KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Assist to initiate, plan, process tender documents, float tender, monitoring & control and commissioning building operations and maintenance works (MEP, ID, architectural, structural, civil and landscaping discipline).
2. Identify and execute service improvement, repair and maintenance within the approved budget, schedule and approved WBS scope based on Corporate departmental and divisional BSC and KPI.
3. Gather information and consolidate data with respect to maintenance work in Bakun Station.
4. Come up with solution on Repair &Maintenance (R&M) including the provision of preliminary building improvement suggestions.
5. Ensure building maintenance works are carried out as per as-built drawings and contribute to improving the quality of as-built drawings by the Drafting and Surveillance team.
6. Call and execute "Request for Quotation" (RFQ)
RM 100,000 (floating, evaluation, recommendation and presentation of recommendation) and basic knowledge, understanding and know-how of SEB's PPP.
7. Use "Personal Protective Equipment" (PPE) correctly and uphold SE Life Saving Rules and trigger supervisors on potential work danger found at the worksite. Practice and promote HSE at the workplace and SEB Life Saving Rules with contractors.
8. Monitor and proactive report daily, and taking the initiative to pre-empt and solve (potential) issues immediately and inform/consult superiors without delay.
9. Standby and respond to emergencies where required for building and Business Continuity Management.
10. Any other task/duties may be required from time to time due to the nature of work at the division.

• Must be prepared to initiate a timely project management plan for the division in line with SEB's Procurement Policies and Procedures (PPP).
• Must be willing to spend the extra effort and fill in the gaps in order to get the work done on time.
• Always be willing to be on standby and responsive at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in a technical field, minimum 3 years\' experience in Building maintenance activities.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
