Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Set up, operate, and monitor

injection moulding machines

and auxiliary equipment. Perform

mould changeovers

efficiently with minimal downtime. Adjust machine parameters to maintain

optimal production quality and output

. Conduct

preventive maintenance

, cleaning, and lubrication of moulds and machines. Troubleshoot

process, mechanical, and tooling issues

to minimize defects and scrap. Ensure adherence to

safety protocols, ISO standards, and 5S practices

. Collaborate with the

Quality Control team

to resolve product non-conformities. Record production data, process adjustments, and machine performance in daily reports. Support

continuous improvement

initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost reduction. Train junior technicians and machine operators when required.

Qualifications & Experience:



Certificate or Diploma

in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Polymer Engineering or related field.

2-5 years of experience

in injection moulding operations (preferably in plastics manufacturing). Hands-on experience with

injection moulding machines

. Basic understanding of

hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

. Familiar with

quality control tools

and measurement instruments. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and process sheets

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
