Job Description



Respond promptly to guest repair requests and carry out necessary maintenance to meet service standards. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs. Operate, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Monitor and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices. Check for new maintenance requests through the PMS (Property Management System) and update status and remarks once tasks are completed. Complete and file maintenance work orders / job cards accurately. Prioritize and organize work assignments efficiently under pressure. Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations. Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel assets. Read and understand technical manuals, safety documents, and testing equipment guidelines. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide timely assistance and updates.

Additional Advantage (Preferred Skills)



Candidates with additional skills in the following areas will have an added advantage:

Plumbing:

Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.

Carpentry:

Skilled in woodwork repairs, furniture restoration, and minor structural adjustments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
