Technical experience of for project installation, maintenance & troubleshooting.
To oversee routine preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical & control equipment.
To control and regularly maintain of automation control system, electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance with daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly checks and preparing report.
Perform M&E & control system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all the electrical equipment.
To execute improvement projects as per planned in order to increase the efficiency & reliability of production machine.
To minimize downtime by conducting effective troubleshooting and improvement projects and work closely with the rest of the maintenance team.
To deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs with the team with 24/7 on-call support service.
Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates / individuals involved.
To control maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Min Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information of Technology/Electrical or Electronic Engineering/Mechanical or related field.
Job position is open for Junior/Entry level to apply.
Able to travel to site project (Location: Batu Kawan, Penang)
Extensive knowledge of OS system, MS Office, Control, M&E, and able to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
Ability to manage the project and have good communication skills with teamwork and independent.
Additional knowledge in PLC control, PC based machine control, system application & programming.
Strongly with Microsoft office knowledge.
Analytical and problem-solving skill.
Basic project management to handle on new project.
Able to work independent and proactive working attitude.
Able to travel on site project (Project area Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Kedah).
Able to support hotline off from work.
