Position: Technician Leve 2 Support IT Manufacturing & Support

Shop Floor Hardware / Software Support (Shop Floor \xe2\x80\x94 Manufacturing Assembly System):

Training provided by Client
Solve IT shopfloor issue provided by GIT ServiceDesk in accordance with the SLA that has been set.
Configuration, Installation, Inventory, Maintenance and Monitoring for IT Shop Floor equipment:
Industrial Computer / Kiosk
Industrial Printer (dot matrix printer and barcode printer)
Barcode scanner
PDA Scanner
Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting for IT Shop Floor equipment
Prepare and arrange for backup hardware.
Ensure Shop Floor hardware is in good condition.
Perform cleaning activity (5S) according to the schedule.
Ensure the security Of Shop equipment and data by ensuring that equipment (devices) is free from viruses by updating the latest definitions.

Shop Floor Network (Shop Floor \xe2\x80\x94 Manufacturing Assembly System):

Network troubleshoots for Shop Floor System.
Ensure connectivity for Shop Floor System in good condition before production running.
TO provides support maintenance into network switches and Level 1 telecommunications devices troubleshoots to make sure switch in good condition.

Database and Server for Shop Floor System (Shop Floor \xe2\x80\x94 Manufacturing Assembly System):

Server for Shop Floor System
Ensure all servers are in good condition (RAM, CPU, hard disk, etc.)
Ensure Server Shop Floor application runs smoothly before production begins via IT Command Center.
Generate and "reset" MES ID reported by GIT SERVICEDESK.
