Requirements: - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin. - Possess SKM certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/Mechanical Engineering. - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Air Conditioning System service and maintenance. - Skills required: Basic electronic/electrical knowledge, general maintenance service, troubleshooting machinery problems. - Possession of a valid GDL license is advantageous. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Able to adhere to job schedules. - Location: Bangsar, Damansara, Puchong, Setapak, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities: - Service, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems such as FCU, ACSU, AHU, WCPU, VRV/VRF, Cooling Tower, Chiller, CHWP, CWP & Ventilation systems. - Repair or replace defective components to restore system functionality. - Proficient in balan
