- Possess SPM/DIPLOMA Certificate
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- With two years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in computer, plumbing, electricity, air-conditioning maintenance work
- Able to handle all maintenance work independently
- With team spirit and leadership skills
- Need to work on weekends & certain public holidays
- With own transport
