QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related technical field). Proven experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Familiarity with ISO quality systems and maintenance documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Machinery Maintenance:

Ensure all production and facility machinery are kept in good running condition through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

Servicing and Repairs:

Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems as required.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections to minimize downtime and improve equipment lifespan.

Documentation & Reporting:

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and breakdowns.
+ Prepare and submit maintenance and breakdown reports to the Factory Manager.
+ Update ISO-related documents in compliance with company standards and quality systems.

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and support across various stages of the production process when needed.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. *

Record Management:

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all machinery, tools, and maintenance-related equipment.
