Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, repairing fixtures & fittings, plumbing, servicing electrical appliances, fixing lighting and AV, rectifying minor structural and finishing defects, maintaining general facilities of the Hotel, etc.
• To coordinate facilities technical support (minor and major breakdown) and ensure works are completed according to given timeline.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for all events or activities that require the provision and monitoring of necessary equipments and facilities.
• Troubleshoot facilities breakdown in a timely and effective manner.
• Involved in handling the building and facilities maintenance of the overall Hotel premise including guest rooms, function rooms, ballroom, common area, plumbing, lift, fire-fighting system, electrical items, function rooftops, parking bay, utilities and fire brigade pump room, sprinklers, etc.
• Involved in performing regular inspection of all facilities and equipments and ensure preventive maintenance work is done.
• Ensure the functionality of all facility equipments is in accordance with departmental SOPs and established
• Provide assistance to all departments on various facilities maintenance tasks.
• Undertake any other related work assigned by the Facilities Maintenance, Engineering and Security.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
